Most, if not all of us, are stuck at home during this sad time that is upon us, and that includes most of our fitness instructors that we usually see at the gym. However, this is no excuse to sit on the couch all day and be inactive for the next few weeks. We have to keep our heart pumping and our sweat flowing to feel as normal as possible! Exercising during this time is imperative to keep you healthy and keep your endorphins, the hormone that makes you happy, flowing through your body. So here's a list of seven gyms who are amazing enough to offer free or nearly free pre-recorded or even live workouts from the comfort of your home so that we can all go on practicing social distancing while staying in shape. Your Temple Tape gear will keep you comfortable while working out at home and wick the sweat away!
